I think this is weird particularly because I can emulate GC/Wii games on Dolphin and pull 30/60FPS at 720p most of the time. I tested two other games, MGS3 and Mega Man X7, and they both ran pretty slow as well. I'm talking, 5-10FPS for the majority of the time I've played. Unfortunately, the PC port is poop and PCSX2 lags like hell. In the wake of MGSV I'm playing catch-up with all the MGS games and I've made it to MGS2. So here's the deal, I've got a shit-tier graphics card, but most sources I've seen 'round the net say it should be fine for emulation AT LEAST at native settings.
